The platform offers a referral field during sign-up or inside the profile settings if you did not enter one earlier. Once a valid code is accepted, the platform typically records both sides and applies any reward only after the new account has met the qualification rules listed below.

If you do not see the credit after the qualification window, write down the date you shared, the date the referee joined and the referee account ID. Pass these to customer care for a documented review.

Missing credits are usually traced to an outdated code, a stale eligibility flag, or a market exclusion. None of these are unusual, and most resolve in a support ticket.
